Tapio Wirkkala for Iittala blue & pink vase

This very simple and elegant c1960s vase by Tapio Wirkkala for Iittala ( Finland) has a shape reminiscent of the vases uses for growing bulbs and is in a deep blue with a band of reddy pink running around the foot. It is signed "Tapio Wirkkala 3536" on the base and still has its Iittala label.
